What to Send for an NYC Route Survey

A useful survey request starts with the complete loaded vehicle, exact pickup and delivery locations, and the requested move date. ADT prepares the survey route.

  • Loaded height, width and overall length.
  • Truck and trailer configuration, gross and axle weights.
  • Exact pickup and delivery addresses, including site access details.
  • Requested move date and known site-access restrictions.
  • NYC application number, if already assigned.

Tell us about known access restrictions or changes to the load. Survey findings must be coordinated with the issued permit and approved route before travel.

Prepare an Oversize Permit Request

NYC, New York State, New Jersey and separately controlled facilities have distinct requirements. Start with the full vehicle and load details.

  • Company and contact information.
  • Vehicle registrations, axle information and loaded dimensions.
  • Exact pickup and destination locations.
  • Requested travel date and any assigned application number.
  • Survey or escort information requested for the move.
