- Confirm the scope. We review your request and discuss the survey, service availability and any permit application or escort coordination.
- Coordinate the move. Use the survey findings with the agency-approved route and permit conditions before travel. A survey is not itself permission to move.

Route Surveys & NYC Truck Permits

Requirements depend on the vehicle, load, roads and structures involved. For current official information, review NYC DOT's over-dimensional permit guidance and size and weight restrictions. A state permit does not automatically authorize travel on city roads or separately controlled facilities. The issued permit and approved route control the move.

How quickly can a route survey be arranged?
Timing depends on the route, loaded dimensions, survey scope and availability. Call with your details and requested move date. Survey scheduling and agency permit processing are separate; an approval time is not guaranteed.
Can a general navigation route replace a survey or approved route?
No. An ordinary navigation route does not establish clearance or permission for an oversized load. Use the required survey and the route and conditions approved by the relevant permitting authorities.
